These four starter templates and the furnished sample are real, editable plans with set wall thicknesses, doors, windows, room labels and computed areas. Sign up to start in the editor, or read how to draw a floor plan first. The dimensions on each card measure between wall centerlines. Listed inside areas come from the editor's calculation and are rounded to one decimal place.
Single Room

How templates work
After you sign up, choose one of the four template cards on the blank-plan
welcome screen. It opens as an editable plan with walls, doors, labels and
areas included.
For the furnished example, choose “Or explore a sample apartment →” on that welcome screen before you draw. It does not appear in the My Plans template row.
If you already have a plan open, go to Plans → New blank plan, then choose from the welcome screen. Starting another saved project is subject to your plan's project allowance.
Free includes one project with one floor and watermarked PNG or JPEG export up to 2K. Pro and Studio include print-to-scale PDF export; Studio also includes DXF and OBJ. Compare plan features. Start free with templates
