Terms of Service

1. What we provide

FloorPlan Creator is an online tool for drawing floor plans in your browser. You can save projects to your account, export plans in various formats, and subscribe to paid plans for additional features and limits.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. FloorPlan Creator is a design aid — it is not a substitute for professional architectural, engineering, or building advice.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. If you ever think someone else is using your account, let us know at floorplancreator.io@gmail.com and we'll help.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

3. Free and paid plans

We offer a free plan so you can try the editor before paying. Paid plans (Pro and Studio) add higher limits and export options. Plan details and prices are shown on our pricing page.

We may change plan features or prices in the future. If you are on a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice before price changes affect your current subscription term.

4. Payments and billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our payment partner and merchant of record. When you subscribe, you are also agreeing to Paddle’s checkout terms. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• Upgrades to a higher plan take effect immediately and may be billed on a prorated basis.
• Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to your paid plan until then.
• Taxes may be added at checkout where required by law.

Paid subscriptions are not refundable — please see our Refund Policy for details. You can always try the free plan first to make sure the service is a good fit.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the floor plans and other content you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content only as needed to run the service — for example, to save your projects and generate exports.

Please don't upload or create content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or contains malware. If something doesn't look right, we may need to remove content or restrict an account.

6. Acceptable use

To keep FloorPlan Creator working well for everyone, please don't:

• Use the service for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Share your login details with others or resell access without our permission.
• Use automated tools in ways that disrupt the service for other users.

7. Our intellectual property

The FloorPlan Creator website, editor, branding, furniture symbols, and underlying software belong to us and our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to our code, design, or trademarks except the right to use the service as described here.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and cancel a paid subscription from your account page. In rare cases where these terms are seriously broken, we may need to restrict or close an account.

If you do close your account, we may remove stored projects after a reasonable period — so it's a good idea to export anything you want to keep.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or building decisions made using exported plans. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if you are on the free plan.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits on liability. In those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum allowed by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
