Refund Policy
Here is a straightforward overview of how billing works for our paid plans. We want you to feel comfortable before you subscribe — that's why we offer a free plan to try things out first.
Paid plan subscriptions (Pro and Studio) are not refundable once processed. We don't offer partial refunds or credit for unused time. If you're unsure whether a paid plan is right for you, we recommend starting with the free plan below.
1. Try before you pay
We offer a free plan so you can test the service before spending anything. The free plan includes:
- Full access to the floor plan editor and furniture library.
- Up to 3 saved projects with cloud autosave.
- PNG and JPEG exports (2K resolution, with a watermark).
No credit card is required. We'd love for you to create an account, draw a plan, and export a sample before upgrading — that way you know exactly what you're getting.
2. Paid plans and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle through Paddle, our payment partner and merchant of record. Prices are shown on our pricing page in USD; taxes may be added at checkout where required.
When you subscribe, your payment method is charged for the current billing period and your paid features are available right away.
3. Upgrades
If you upgrade to a higher plan (for example, from Pro to Studio), the change takes effect right away. Paddle may charge a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.
4. Downgrades and cancellations
You can downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. When you do:
- You keep your current paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
- Your plan changes to Free (or a lower tier) at the start of the next billing period.
- No further charges are made after cancellation. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded, but you keep full access until that period ends.
5. Something look wrong with a charge?
If you notice a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, please reach out to us at floorplancreator.io@gmail.com. We're happy to take a look and work with Paddle to fix any genuine billing mistakes. A quick email usually sorts things out faster than anything else.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the “Last updated” date shown at the top.
